i am totally fall in love with this guy.

he's 22 years old Canadian actor.. it's difficult to describe him,but he posses the attitude that make me adore him.. i like the way he played the role in every movies he been casting..  first saw him on 'Youth in Revoult and then Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist.. he's super cool,and can be riot too.. and he likes music,he's good at playing guitar.. and i really like him.. i know he was a loyal lover. and his longtime girlfriend was charlyne yi an actress and potential songwriter who's 2 years older than him.. they've been dating for 3 years,then separated on july 2009.. alas,i don't really know why he dumped her,maybe he wants someone better than her,i guess.. umm,but they're both great..

Schizophrenia

what is it?

 have you heard about this? basically,it's a brain disease or it can be considered as a mental disorder (gila/sakit jiwa).. Schizophrenia is a chronic,severe,and disabling brain disease.. Our brain (normal human brain) consists of billions of nerve cells. Each nerve cell has branches that give out and receive messages from other nerve cells. The ending of these nerve cells release neurotransmitters - types of chemicals. These neurotransmitters carry messages from the endings of one nerve cell to the nerve cell body of another. In the brain of a person who has schizophrenia, this messaging system does not work properly.. futhermore,it's often appears earlier in men, usually in the late teens or early twenties, than in women, who're generally affected in the twenties to early thirties. People with schizophrenia often suffer terrifying symptoms such as hearing internal voices not heard by others, or believing that other people are reading their minds, controlling their thoughts, or plotting to harm them.(my mum's assistant used to behave like this at the office,i think he is 'one of them') im not joking!  These symptoms may leave them fearful and withdrawn. Their speech and behavior can be so disorganized that they may be incomprehensible or frightening to others. the first signs of schizophrenia often appear as confusing, or even shocking, changes in behavior. Coping with the symptoms of schizophrenia can be especially difficult for family members who remember how involved or vivacious a person was before they became ill. so,you better act right and be normal or else you should see the psychiatrist coz your brain might have problem.. fix it before it's too late and welcome to tanjung rambutan.LOL. 

i remind myself too,don't get too stress with your life. take a deep breaths whenever you feel depressed or confused. calm down and pray to god,ask for calmness.. wallahualam. peace.

air asam jawe                                                                     1 inci kunyit hidup (ditumbuk)

2 batang daun kesum                                                            

5 sudu minyak

garam

sedikit belacan

oki,now.. langkah2 nk masak plak.. 

1- panaskan minyak lam periuk. then tumis bwg besar & bwg putih smpai naik aroma/kekuningan.

2- masukkan cili boh. time nie kne tunggu cili tersebut pecah minyak,api medium jep. then kacau dgn bergaya. lalala.

3- pastu,masukkan kunyit hidup yg da tumbuk dgn belacan tdi..

4- haa,skrg da ley letak ikan ke dlm,nape kne masok ikn dlu? sbb,style nie tokmak yg aja,hee

lg stu sbb,time nie ikan kuar kan air n bersatu dgn kuah,mcm stim jgk la,so,nti xyah letak air byk2,kuah pon pekat n kaw punyee..

5- next,biakan mendidih jap. then masukkan air asam jawe & kacau elok2. then masukkan daun kesum.

6- last step,bubuh garam secukup rse yg sedap.. walawey.. ready to serve.. 

so,gampang bgt an jenab,haha,i mean,senang cgt an..

as i promised to post bout simple recipe,here i am..

so,lets go to the kitchen 

jom masak nasi goreng seafood

first,we need the basic ingredients: 

setengah labu bawang besar  (tumbuk lumat)

4 ulas bawang merah   ( tumbuk lumat )

3 ulas bwg putih          ( tumbuk lumat )

10 biji cili padi             ( tumbuk lumat/kasar pn bule)

secubit garam              (secukup rase)

tomato                         potong dadu
udang/ayam/sotong       kupang/fishcake/fishball pon bule.
( kuantiti: ikut suke la)

daun sup                      ( dipotong halus2)

sebiji telur ayam

kicap
minyak masak

nasi putih

quick cook steps:

1. tumbuk cili,bwg putih,bawang merah. sementare tu,panaskan minyak lam kuali

2. masukkan bahan2 yg da di tumbuk tdi. tumis sampai naik bau harum

3. pastu masukkan sotong,udang,fishball/fishcake. kacau slow2 seminit n letak telur.then kacau semuanya.

4.letak garam secukup rse. kacau jap

5. masukkan nasi,tomato pastu letak kicap cket.

6. tabur daun sup. gaul dan ready to serve!orait.
