do you bite?

i woke up this morning and i noticed an unknown double red mark on my right thigh.. im not sure if i had injured yesterday but i guess no,im juz fine.. where the hell it come from? has something bite me when i was asleep?, vampire? edward? this is so mysterious. . jeez!
