In Malay,it's called pulut mangga. Or Sticky Rice Manggo Pudding. This is a classic Thai dessert and SO very scrumptious. It's an ABSOLUTE MUST TRY! Sweet and lovely. It'll kiss your taste buds and you gonna fall in love with it over and over again. I swear! sangat terangkat!
