Fruits rule.

When we are hungry - and I mean really hungry - fruit is often the most satisfying food we can eat. Is there anything better than to devour a delicious ripe mango on a hot summer day? Or to bite into a luscious, freshly-picked apple? Or to enjoy a sweet, juicy ripe orange? Is there any man-made dish that can beat the perfection of a fully ripe cherry?

Fruits have been consumed by human beings going as far back in time as we know, whereas grains, legumes and dairy products have only been cultivated for 10,000 years or less, which is just a breath in the life of humanity. Anthropological studies have shown that fruit has been an important part of the human diet for hundreds of thousands of years.

However, we were never told that there was a difference in the times that they must be consumed. It's important to know how and when to eat fruit, especially if losing unwanted fat is an issue.
The truth is:
1. Fruit should not be eaten after meals
2. Fruit should be eaten on an empty stomach.
If eaten the correct way, fruit will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for losing belly fat and other life activities. Nevertheless, if the fruit is intercepted by food on the way to the intestines along with toxins, bloating occur.
Meanwhile, the entire meal rots and ferments, thus turning to acid as soon as the fruit and other digestive juices in the stomach make contact. At this point the meal obviously begins to spoil and remain in the stomach. This acid build-up has resulted in complaints of wanting to burp after fruits like watermelon. Or, having a desire for a trip to the bathroom after eating bananas. None of this would occur if fruit is consumed on an empty stomach.
When we master the correct way of eating fruits, we would then have discovered the secret of effective weight loss, beauty, longevity, health, energy, and overall happiness.
Always keep in mind that if the urge arises to drink fruit juice – take only fresh fruit juice. At all cost avoid the processed type. The same go for cooked fruit, which loses it’s nutrients during the process, with the taste being all that is left. With that said, be aware that eating the actual fruit is always better than drinking the juice. If however, you are going to have some juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful and slowly, allowing it to mix with the saliva before swallowing it.
Fruit consumption is such an important part of our diet when trying to lose stomach fat, that it is at times recommended to go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse the body (just fruits and juices throughout the 3 days). Positive results were reported using these fruits:-
KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. It’s Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.
APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C, thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.
STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit - Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits. They protect the body from cancer-causing, blood-vessel clogging free radicals.
ORANGE: Sweetest medicine. Taking 2 to 4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent and dissolve kidney stones, as well as lessen the risk of colon cancer.
WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher: Composed of 92% water, some vitamin C and potassium. It’s also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system, along with lycopene - the cancer fighting oxidant.
GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for high vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation, while Papaya is rich in carotene, good for your eyes.
